In the past few chapters we have read, we find out some interesting things about the Hawk's Nest. It is more than what it appears. How? How is this important to Nick and Mya?

How does the war find Nick in Burma? What does it mean for his stay on the plantation? What are the plans to get him to safety?

Wow! We are so proud of everything that you have found out about Burma and the war. You brought up many important details and interesting facts. Since we now know a little about the culture of where Nick will be living, compare it to the culture of London. How do you think living in such a new culture will affect Nick? What kinds of problems might he have?
